Nano Services LLC is New Jersey’s premier roof rejuvenation and restoration company. We are currently seeking an experienced Lead Roofer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a master of asphalt shingle systems and a natural leader capable of maintaining our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage asphalt shingle projects from initial estimation through final replacement.
Lead and supervise a crew to ensure timely project completion.
Enforce strict quality control and safety measures on every job site.
Provide expert insight on various roofing systems and applications.
Qualifications:
Professional hands-on experience with asphalt shingle roofing.
Proven ability to lead a team and manage job site workflows.
Expertise in liquid-applied materials or other roofing systems is a significant plus.
Strong communication skills for estimating and client interaction.
Compensation:
Competitive Base Salary + Commission structure.
Experienced-based pay
$40 - $50 per hour
