Contract | Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | Every Other Weekend, Every Other Holiday

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Medical/Surgical Neurology unit
• Monitor and assess patients using telemetry and neurological evaluation techniques
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions per physician orders
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in Medical/Surgical or Neurology nursing
• Proficiency in telemetry monitoring

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a MS/Neuro specialty unit
• NIHSS (NIH Stroke Scale) certification
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
