Opportunities to Grow There are many opportunities to grow into leadership, training, customer service, events, management, and other areas of the business. Team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, leadership, and commitment may be considered for additional hours and future full-time opportunities based on availability and the needs of the gym. We will provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to help you strengthen your skills and grow professionally.

Availability Requirements We're looking for team members who can commit to:

At least 3 shifts per week

At least 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week

A consistent schedule so our families can count on seeing familiar faces.
