Responsibilities include: Direct patient care delivery, including, but not limited to: ADLs/hygiene, Vital signs, I/O, Bladder scanning, EKG, Glucometer & other point of care testing (where applicable) and Restraints Communication and documentation of interventions and observations Participation in quality improvement process Involved in learning and self‑improvement Initiates and maintains a positive relationship with patients/customers and coworkers Education Requirements Enrollment in a Diploma RN, Associate or bachelor’s degree of Nursing from an accredited program Successful completion of a Registered Nursing Fundamentals course required Most up-to-date transcripts should be uploaded with application Note: Education verification will be required upon receiving a job offer.
