This dynamic role supports sales, marketing, outreach, events, and resident move-ins while ensuring every prospect receives personalized attention and an exceptional experience. Partnering closely with the Sales Manager and Director of Sales, you will help guide individuals through the decision-making process and contribute to the continued success and growth of the community.What You Will EarnPay Range: $20.40-24.25 per hourWhat You Will Need· 1+ years of experience in administrative, sales, or marketing roles preferred, ideally in senior living or working with older adults· 1+ years of experience managing leads and maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the sales process, preferred· Highschool graduate (or GED) required· Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Healthcare Administration, or related field, preferred· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)· CRM data entry, maintenance, and reporting, ideal· Strong presentation, tour-hosting and customer services skillsYou Will Be a Great Fit· Demonstrates exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring accurate and timely follow-through.· Builds trusting relationships with prospective residents, families, and colleagues, creating positive first impressions and exceptional customer experiences.· Communicates professionally and effectively, using active listening skills to understand needs, answer questions, and guide individuals through the decision-making process.· Exercises sound judgment, identifies opportunities for improvement, and adapts effectively to changing priorities and customer needs.· Takes initiative, anticipates needs, and proactively addresses challenges while maintaining a high level of accountability.· Collaborates effectively across departments to support sales activities, marketing initiatives, resident move-ins, and team objectives.· Maintains professionalism, composure, and a service-oriented approach when navigating sensitive conversations related to aging, healthcare, and life transitions.Standout Benefits & Workplace WellbeingWe want team members to feel supported not just in their work, but in their lives.
