You are responsible for sales, service, team performance, and client results—all tied to revenue growth and retention.The Personal Training Manager drives:New client acquisition + retentionPersonal Training revenue growthTeam development and accountabilityExecution of the full client journeyYou don't manage the business—you own it.What Winning Looks Like:Hit and exceed monthly revenue + KPI targetsDrive consistent CrunchOne Kickoff production (50%+ personally)Build a high-performing, accountable trainer teamDeliver elite client experiences that retain and upsellMaintain full visibility on business metrics and trendsCore Responsibilities:Sell & Lead from the FrontExecute at least 50% of all CrunchOne KickoffsCoach trainers on sales, objection handling, and closingDrive daily focus on book, show, closeOwn the Client JourneyEnsure strong onboarding and first 90-day experienceDrive retention through results, accountability, and engagementGuarantee consistent delivery of high-quality programmingBuild & Develop the TeamHire, train, and manage Personal TrainersConduct regular performance meetings and coaching sessionsSet clear expectations and hold the team accountableRun the BusinessManage schedules and resources based on KPIsOversee program quality (dotFIT, tracking, progress reports)Maintain clean, accurate reporting (ABC/Datatrak, etc.)Communicate performance and action plans to GMNon-Negotiables:Lead by example in execution, energy, and professionalismEnforce standards: punctuality, dress code, service, cleanlinessDeliver consistent, measurable resultsTake full ownership—no excuses, only solutionsQualifications:CPR Certified (required)National PT Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, etc.)High School Diploma (required) | Degree (preferred)1–2 years Personal Training experience (preferred)Leadership + consultative sales experience (strongly preferred)Skill Set:Sales leadership and closing abilityCoaching, development, and accountabilityStrong communication and relationship-buildingOperational command of Crunch systems (ABC, dotFIT, etc.)High energy, high standards, results-driven mindsetPhysical Demands:Active presence on the floor and in sessionsAbility to demonstrate exercises and lift 50 lbsSchedule:Full-time, flexible availabilityNights, weekends, and holidays as neededWhy Crunch:Uncapped bonus potential tied to performanceLeadership growth path within a scaling brandHigh-performance culture with real opportunity to winAbility to build and scale your own business inside the gymBottom Line:This role is for leaders who sell, coach, and execute at a high level.
