Onsite Desktop Support Specialist: Windows & Mac Pro

Synergis in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Specialist to provide in-person and remote assistance for end users in a corporate environment. You will troubleshoot Windows and macOS devices, mobile devices, peripherals, and business applications, document issues in ServiceNow, and support endpoint management with Intune and MECM/SCCM while upholding security and data-protection standards.
