Key Qualifications:

• Current Washington Physical Therapy License, or willingness to obtain
• Willingness to complete fingerprinting through OSPI for compliance
• Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 students in a school setting
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Ability to work full-time onsite (37.5 hours per week)
• Adaptable and positive approach; comfortable moving between multiple school sites within the district

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct physical therapy services to a district-wide, K-12 caseload (approximately 25-30 students)
• Assess students’ needs, develop therapy goals, and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to ensure holistic student support
• Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting as required by district guidelines
• Employ evidence-based interventions to promote student mobility, independence, and participation in school activities
