Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients to identify functional limitations and disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices to address the unique needs of each patient.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and provide consultation as needed.
• Maintain adherence to customer service standards by effectively communicating with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
• Document assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes in accordance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing patient education concerning treatment options, exercises, and progress along their rehabilitation journey.
• Evaluate and reassess treatment outcomes to modify plans as necessary, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in leadership initiatives aimed at community outreach, marketing efforts, and program development.
• Supervise subordinate staff and guide clinical education for students to enhance their learning experiences.
• Attend staff meetings, engage in self-directed learning, and participate in continuing education opportunities to maintain professional competence.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is required.
• Valid State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory for practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
