Whether you have years of experience as a PCA, HHA, CNA, or Homemaker , or you are looking for a fresh start in caregiving, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career while making a real difference in someone's life.

$18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR

Pay is based on experience, skills, certifications, and qualifications.

$250 SIGN ON BONUS

Qualified new caregivers can earn a $250 sign-on bonus after completing their first 90 days.

To qualify, you must:

Work at least 20 hours per week

Have no unexcused absences during your first 90 days

MAKE EVERY SHIFT MATTER

As an in-home caregiver, you will help older adults remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes .

Your support can bring companionship, dignity, comfort, and peace of mind to the people you care for.

Your responsibilities may include:

Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care

Providing companionship and emotional encouragement

Preparing meals based on client preferences and dietary needs

Helping with light housekeeping and laundry

Running essential errands when needed

Providing medication reminders

Observing clients and reporting changes to the appropriate supervisor

Helping clients maintain a safe and comfortable home

Providing respectful, dependable, and compassionate care

WHAT YOU BRING

We are looking for caregivers who are:

Compassionate, patient, and dependable

Professional and respectful

Able to communicate clearly in English

Strong with organization and time management

Committed to client safety and confidentiality

Able to provide reliable transportation

HHA or CNA certification is welcome when applicable

No experience does not mean no opportunity.
