Customer Service Representative - Insurance Agency

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Job Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency. If you enjoy helping people, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced office environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients in person and over the phone.
Answer customer questions regarding insurance policies and services.
Process policy changes, payments, and other customer requests.
Maintain accurate customer records and perform data entry.
Provide outstanding customer service while building positive client relationships.
Support the agency with general administrative duties.

Qualifications

Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and computer skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy office environment.
Previous customer service or office experience is preferred.
Insurance experience is a plus but not required-we are willing to train the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour , depending on experience.
Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
