Job Summary

This is a Full-Time / Seasonal Employees Delivery Associate position with KRP Transport delivering packages in Saegers Station Rd, Montgomery, PA 17752

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $23.00/hour (paid weekly)
• Flexible scheduling – Full-Time ( Seasonal Employees)
• Shifts starting as early as 10:30 AM
• Paid training
• Immediate openings – start within 1–2 weeks

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver packages using company vehicle
• Safely drive and follow all traffic laws and company policies
• Use your smartphone for GPS navigation, scanning, and communication
• Load and unload packages efficiently
• Deliver packages on time while maintaining high customer satisfaction
• Work in all weather conditions and maintain a consistent pace
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs regularly
• Communicate effectively with the team and complete routes as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 21+ years old
• Valid For NON CDL
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass a 4-panel drug screening and Background check
• Must have a clean motor vehicle record (MVR)
• Must be able to use smartphone for delivery operations
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Equipment Provided:

• Company support, training, and necessary operational guidance
• Uniforms and safety gear as needed
