Our medical staff includes more than 500 physicians and a full complement of subspecialty groups. Learn About a Day in the Life of a Monitor Technician: Responsibilities The Monitor Technician is accountable and responsible for viewing the cardiac monitor for each patient and recognizing and reporting abnormal patterns. Qualifications Job Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Successful completion of a monitor technician program within six months of hire.
