Flatbed Truck Driver (1099) - Job Overview

Step into ownership with strong earnings. Net $85,000-$120,000 per year, earning 65% of revenue + 100% fuel surcharge, with weekly direct deposits, no trailer rentals, and lower fixed costs to help protect your cash flow.*
Start with extra cash in your pocket. Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus* when you join Boyd-because a strong start matters.

Lease Purchase Program Details

Modern trucks, flexible terms. Choose from Kenworths and Internationals, with lease terms ranging from 2.5 to 6 years based on truck selection.

Predictable weekly costs. Average weekly truck payments run $700-$850, with low insurance and fixed costs to help protect your cash flow.
