- Outpatient clinic setting
- Average 3 patients per hour
- Potential float coverage at up to two nearby clinics
- EMR: Allscripts
- Occupational medicine evaluations
- Work-related injury treatment
- Walk-in urgent care visits
- DOT physicals
- Pre-placement examinations
- Public safety and surveillance examinations
- Return-to-work evaluations
- Active, unrestricted Ohio medical license
- Board Certified
- DEA
- DOT Certification
- CV in MM/YYYY format with all work and education gaps explained
