An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join a highly regarded Miami-based law firm with one of Florida's leading transactional real estate practices.

\n

\n

The successful attorney will advise on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions spanning acquisitions, dispositions and financing , with additional exposure to development, leasing and hospitality matters.

\n

The Role

\n

Responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• Commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
\n
• Real estate financing.
\n
• Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements.
\n
• Preparing financing documentation.
\n
• Transactional due diligence.
\n
• Development and investment transactions.
\n
• Commercial leasing.
\n
• Hospitality-related real estate matters.
\n
• Managing transactions through closing.
\n
• Working directly with clients, lenders and counterparties.
\n

About You

\n

The successful candidate will ideally possess:

\n

\n
• 3+ years' commercial real estate transactional experience .
\n
• Acquisitions and dispositions experience.
\n
• Real estate financing experience.
\n
• Strong contract drafting skills.
\n
• Leasing, development or hospitality experience advantageous.
\n
• Strong academic credentials.
\n
• Major law firm or equivalent sophisticated transactional experience preferred.
\n
• Florida Bar admission or eligibility.
\n
