Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Participate in small group supervision and seminars, which include reviewing video tapes and engaging in research initiatives. \n
- Maintain accurate client records, incorporating both written and electronic documentation to support continuity of care. \n
- Coordinate efforts with partner agencies, arranging services and managing visits to enhance client care. \n
- Research and analyze best practices relevant to assigned projects, proactively suggesting improvements to treatment methods. \n
- Conduct client consultations and collaborate with other professionals within the agency to develop holistic treatment approaches. \n
- Prepare comprehensive case notes, assessments, and evaluations to inform treatment decisions. \n
- Play a crucial role in developing individual treatment plans (ITP) tailored to each client’s unique needs. \n
- Support therapists in scoring, interpreting, and reporting results from psychometric assessments. \n
- Facilitate supervision sessions in collaboration with site supervisors to ensure professional growth and compliance with clinical standards. \n
- Attend essential meetings, including staff and clinical gatherings, to stay informed and aligned with organizational goals. \n
- Identify agency resources and services available for clients, fostering empowerment through knowledge. \n
- Complete orientation for the hosting agency to familiarize yourself with policies and connect with colleagues. \n
- Prepare for client sessions by reviewing case notes and conducting necessary research on client issues to provide informed care. \n
The ideal candidate will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Family Therapist, or Clinical Social Worker) in accordance with state regulations. \n
- Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related discipline. \n
- No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third party. \n
- Authorization to work in the United States is a must. \n
- Strong clinical capabilities with demonstrated ability to establish trust and rapport with clients. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients alike. \n

- Previous experience in a community health clinic or similar setting is highly desirable. \n
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems is preferred. \n
- Experience in developing and implementing treatment plans based on best practices. \n
