Field Health Risk Assessment Specialist
Community Physicians
Community Physicians is seeking a compassionate Assessment Specialist to travel throughout the Aurora area and conduct Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for health plan members. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as a certification or degree in a healthcare-related field.
