Helicopter Pilot - HAA

Job Summary An experienced Helicopter Pilot is required to provide medical air transportation services to Med-Trans customers. This role involves working with medical experts to safely transport patients and ensure compliance with FAA and Med-Trans regulations. Compensation Salary Range: $102,072 – $112,280 (includes 15% Geographic Modifier). Sign‑On Bonus: up to $15,000 subject to eligibility. Retention Bonus: $40,000 after 3 years plus additional bonuses. Schedule 7/7 Schedule. Responsibilities Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities. Ensure aircraft readiness as described in the appropriate manuals, including FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and maintain aircraft cleanliness. Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping. Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners. Provide shift‑change information to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details. Maintain required certifications and ongoing training. Minimum Requirements Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate. Helicopter instrument rating. Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate. 2,000 total flight hours. 1,500 helicopter hours. 1,000 helicopter PIC hours. 1,000 turbine helicopter hours. 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided or unaided). Preferred Qualifications Aircraft type A119 experience. High School Diploma or equivalent or higher.
