Design Consultant (In-Home Sales) American Bathroom Remodelers San Diego, CA Pay: $80,000 - $250,000 per year Job Type: Full-time Job Description American Bathroom Remodelers is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Design Consultant to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will meet with homeowners in their homes, provide expert design recommendations, and offer customized bathroom remodeling solutions. This is a consultative sales position with strong earning potential for individuals who enjoy helping customers, building relationships, and closing sales. You will guide homeowners through the design and purchasing process while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to understand project needs, preferences, and goals Present bathroom remodeling solutions, products, upgrades, and financing options Assist customers with design selections, including fixtures, finishes, colors, and layouts Follow the company's proven sales process and presentation standards Prepare contracts and accurately document project details Maintain professional communication with customers and internal teams Achieve individual sales and closing goals Attend team meetings and ongoing training sessions Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to confidently present products and solutions Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Comfortable using tablets, mobile applications, and digital sales tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and travel between appointments Preferred Qualifications Previous sales, in-home consultation, or customer-facing experience Experience in home improvement, remodeling, construction, or design-related industries Self-motivated and goal-oriented Passion for helping homeowners improve their living spaces Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude Benefits Base pay plus commission Uncapped earning potential Professional training and development Career growth opportunities Supportive team environment Pre-qualified appointments provided #J-18808-Ljbffr
