Kevin's Plumbing & Heating is expanding our search for experienced HVAC professionals throughout central North Dakota.
Our operation is based in Minot, North Dakota , and we're interested in connecting with skilled HVAC technicians from the Bismarck area who are open to commuting or relocating for the right long-term opportunity. For more than 30 years, Kevin's Plumbing & Heating has earned the trust of residential and commercial customers through dependable service, technical expertise, and quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and mechanical system issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Repair and replace HVAC components as needed
- Explain repair recommendations and solutions to customers
- Complete accurate work orders and service documentation
- Follow company safety procedures and industry standards
Qualifications
- EPA Certification required
- Three or more years of HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Experience servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Compensation & Benefits
$26.00-$32.00 per hour , depending on experience
