Our client is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant with 1-2 years of accounting experience to join their growing team. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in general ledger accounting, financial statement preparation, and month-end close, while being part of a supportive and collaborative accounting department.

- Prepare and post journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet analysis
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Assist with variance analysis and ad hoc reporting
- Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial accuracy and completeness
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1-2 years of accounting experience (internship or entry-level experience considered)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the accounting function
