ATM Test Lead

Role Description - ATM Test Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Minimum 8+ years of experience with a strong understanding of ATM hardware, software, and architecture.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of ATM software and hardware.
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira and HP ALM, ensuring timely resolution with development teams.
• Conduct first-level troubleshooting and perform root cause analysis for ATM-related issues.
• Understand ATM debit/credit card processing, backend host systems, security protocols, and operational procedures.
• Work with ATM application servers, database management systems, and third-party ATM software, including licensing processes.
• Execute ATM software deployments through RLM or manual deployment processes.
• Set up Virtual ATM applications and design/configure ATM testing frameworks for regression testing.
• Create, update, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using tools such as UFT, Selenium, and JUnit.
• Develop automation solutions using VBScript, Java, or similar programming languages.
• Prioritize tasks effectively and deliver assignments within established timelines.

Essential Technical Skills

Primary Skills

• Expertise in ATM Technology Software and Hardware (NCR, DBO, and HYO).
• Strong knowledge of ATM components and architecture.
• Experience with ATM monitoring applications and ticketing systems.
• End-to-end ATM QA testing experience (Manual and Automation).
• Scripting and test automation framework development expertise.

Secondary Skills

• Proficiency in SQL queries and database validation.
• Knowledge of ATM security protocols and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with ATM third-party tools and integrations.
