Maintenance Technician

We are seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role primarily involves mechanical maintenance with a focus on conveyor systems, 3-phase motors, gearboxes, and low voltage electrical troubleshooting. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting and ensuring the smooth running of production lines.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical maintenance on conveyor systems, 3-phase motors, and gearboxes.
• Conduct low voltage electrical troubleshooting, including work with photo eyes and sensors.
• Focus on keeping production lines running efficiently with minimal preventive maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues promptly.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience or a trades school certificate in industrial repair/troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
• Experience with conveyor systems is preferred.
• Ability to perform low voltage electrical troubleshooting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Possession of personal tools necessary for maintenance tasks.

Work Environment

The work environment includes three shifts: 1st Shift from 6am to 2:30pm, 2nd Shift from 2pm to 10:30pm, and 3rd Shift from 11pm to 7:30am. You will work in a manufacturing facility equipped with advanced technology and tools. Maintenance technicians are required to have their own tools.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, OH.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
