About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse, OR Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: NOC (18:45 – 07:15) Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 3 years License: RN (Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS-AHA; ACLS-AHA Must-Have: Level 1 trauma experience (2 years at a Level 1) Must-Have: GYN, Spine, Hands, Neuro, Ortho, Oncological Breast, Microvascular case experience Must-Have: Scrub highly preferred Must-Have: Ortho with Robotics highly preferred Description: Registered Nurse specializing in Operating Room. Experience required includes 3 years in a similar environment. Must hold an active RN license, Compact accepted. Certifications in BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA are required. Level 1 trauma experience of 2 years at a Level 1 facility is essential. Experience in GYN, Spine, Hands, Neuro, Ortho, Oncological Breast, and Microvascular cases is necessary. Preference for candidates who can scrub procedures. Ortho with Robotics experience is highly preferred. Call may be required based on staffing needs. Availability to float to weekends as per unit needs may be necessary. Operating Rooms are open 24/7 with a dynamic schedule. During the day, multiple rooms are active, with additional availability for trauma cases overnight.
