About the Role Zoom is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to support the Regional Marketing Lead in executing full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across the AMER region. This role is ideal for a proactive, highly organized marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working cross-functionally across regional and global teams. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, capable of managing campaign execution, audience segmentation, reporting, and event coordination while driving alignment across stakeholders. Responsibilities Represent the AMER region within global campaign pods and communicate campaign updates back to regional stakeholders. Support the execution of integrated full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Own audience segmentation strategy in partnership with Business Operations and Campaign Operations teams. Partner with Campaign Operations on program builds, lead routing, and audience targeting initiatives. Develop and execute email nurtures and outreach sequences to support pipeline generation and customer engagement. Manage A/B testing strategies and campaign optimization efforts. Track campaign performance metrics and share actionable insights with regional and global teams. Coordinate virtual and in-person marketing events as needed. Maintain operational marketing materials and sales enablement assets to ensure teams have updated resources. Partner with external vendors to support sponsorship activations and demand generation campaign deliverables. Requirements 5–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, demand generation, or campaign marketing within B2B technology or SaaS organizations. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and marketing tactics across the funnel. Experience with audience segmentation and familiarity with intent-based marketing tools. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail. Ability to operate independently and proactively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Experience supporting campaign reporting, optimization, and performance tracking. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting regional or global B2B marketing programs. Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Experience coordinating both virtual and in-person marketing events. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
