Essential Functions Handling the sales and process for inbound calls as well as outbound solicitation Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database Responsible for generating rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads Manage all rental asset processes to include Vehicle PM and cleanliness standards Meet the overall Ryder market share by successfully executing the sales and marketing initiatives Maintain compliance with the company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies Reconcile all customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain the ongoing relationships and grow the current customer base Additional Responsibilities On a voluntary basis, as well as based on scheduling, the Rental Management Trainee will be required to perform the role of On-Call Representative based on work schedules as determined by the Supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned. Compensation Information The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc.The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.
