This full-time position offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing you to manage your schedule effectively while ensuring that our clients receive the support they need. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and counselors, via secure teletherapy platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems. While your primary interaction with clients will occur in a virtual setting, our outpatient model encourages a collaborative environment where therapists can support each other with case consultations and team meetings.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, utilizing a variety of assessment tools to identify patient needs.

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy using an integrative approach that respects the unique context of each client.

  • Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to promote mental wellness and provide clients with valuable community support.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment for patients.

  • Offer crisis intervention and management services during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and support of clients.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

  • Actively participate in ongoing clinical training and professional development, staying current on relevant research and therapeutic practices.

  • Contribute to a positive team culture by engaging in case reviews, sharing insights, and supporting colleagues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will range from children and adolescents to adults experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. You will assist individuals from diverse backgrounds, creating an inclusive environment that prioritizes empathy and understanding. By fostering strong therapeutic alliances, you will help clients navigate their emotional hurdles and empower them towards recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  • Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

  • In-depth understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

  • Demonstrated skill in conducting thorough mental health assessments and developing effective treatment strategies.

  • Experience in delivering both individual and group therapy, particularly with diverse populations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for strong connections with clients and colleagues.

  • Proven ability to maintain professionalism, ethical standards, and sound judgment in clinical practice.

  • Familiarity with electronic health record systems and other relevant technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n
