Front Desk & Creative Marketing Coordinator

Goblin Studios | Orlando, FL | Full-Time

Goblin Studios is looking for an organized, creative, outgoing Front Desk & Creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

This isn’t your typical front desk position. Goblin Studios is a creative fabrication and design studio with an on-site café, events, artists, clients, and a lot happening under one roof. We’re looking for someone who can keep things organized while also jumping into social media, graphic design, events, café operations , and creative projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the front desk and welcome clients, vendors, guests, and visitors
• Answer phones, emails, and general inquiries
• Schedule and organize meetings, tours, appointments, and client visits
• Coordinate calendars, studio events, meetings, and special projects
• Assist with social media content creation, posting, and scheduling
• Create and edit graphics, flyers, social posts, presentations, and marketing materials
• Take photos and videos around the studio for social media and marketing
• Work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Creative Suite
• Help maintain organized and consistent branding and marketing materials
• Assist in our on-site Van Gohblin Cafe as needed , including taking orders, making drinks, customer service, restocking, cleaning, and general café operations
• Help with café promotions, signage, menus, social media, and special events
• Assist with events and activations happening throughout Goblin Studios
• Jump in and help the team wherever needed — every day at Goblin Studios is a little different

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in social media and content creation
• Graphic design experience
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Comfortable working within the Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with the public
• Willingness to work both front desk and café responsibilities
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities
• Creative eye and strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, unconventional creative environment
• Barista, coffee shop, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus

Bonus Points

Experience with photography, video editing, Canva, event coordination, marketing, barista work , hospitality, or working within a creative agency, production studio, fabrication shop, or event company is a big plus.
