Talent Acquisition Specialist
Are you looking for a part-time role where you can make a real impact? Join our team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist! In this role, you'll play a key part in sourcing and connecting top talent with our clients, all while building your professional skills in a supportive environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates to interview with small business owners.
- Retain clientele through outstanding customer service and relationship management.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily goals.
Requirements include:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Organizational skills
- Self-motivated
- Detail-oriented
- Proactive in problem solving

This is a remote position.
Compensation: $105.00 - $130.00 per day
