Role Description The BIZ DEV DIRECTOR EXECUTIVE –– INVESTORS & BRAND DEV role is a hybrid position based in Vista, CA, with flexibility for remote work. This leader will drive investor development and assit in cultivating strategic partnerships, and help shape Sportzag’s long-term growth.

SPORTZAG is seeking a seasoned vibrant alliance executive, with an influential reach and magnetic personality; to initially focus on immediate investment from individuals as final runway capital for use in our social, media, PR and launch marketing. SPORTZAG has initiated our series of SPORTZAG ‘Game-of-the-Game’ events coupled to live sports broadcasts of high profile, big rivalries in big sports markets.

This role or advisory position is immediate and will entail parallel paths – with direct income from all areas, i.e., investment/investor from your contacts through closure and business development relations for inclusion, followed by ongoing arrangements tied to global leagues and international sports and their broadcasts. All of this effort ties to our overarching brand building business – moving immediately into long-term career opportunities within SPORTZAG.

SPORTZAG’s fan/brand entertainment experience currently includes amazing integrated brands to drive the fan engagement relationships, i.e., Google and Facebook, Travel, Adventure and Sports Memorabilia – all empowering us for this series of launch events over the next few months. We then expand into the national landscape later this summer/fall and onto the international stage.

This advisor/executive who’s able to harness their experience tied to their expertise, will act as a key counterpart to the effort of the CEO. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in fundraising
• Proven ability to execute comprehensive Fundraising aligned with organizational growth and brand objectives.
• Solid Budgeting skills, including forecasting, scenario planning, and reporting related to investor relations and business development initiatives.
• Strong strategic negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in sports, entertainment and consumer brands
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
