Within the Finance Transformation offering, our Business Finance team helps drive strategic value through financial planning, forecasting, and analytics capabilities. By leveraging next-gen processes, scalable data platforms, and AI, our team delivers accurate, timely, and actionable insights. Qualifications Required: 6+ years of experience in a corporate or consulting firm environment architecting and deploying AI and technical solutions4+ years of experience translating technical designs into scalable generative and agentic AI solutions across technology layers4+ years of experience working with finance processes, including financial planning and analysis, reporting, and treasuryBachelor’s degree in a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics field from an accredited universityAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Limited immigration sponsorship may be available. Preferred: 4+ years of experience in finance transformation and process improvement across enterprise resource planning, enterprise performance management, data, and project management2+ years of experience supporting pre-sales activities, proposals, and request for proposal responses2+ years of experience identifying generative artificial intelligence use cases2+ years of experience mentoring and coaching junior staffMaster’s degree from a science, technology, engineering, or mathematics-designated programOne or more certifications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $141,200 - $278,300.
