In this role, you’ll work in an ever‑evolving kitchen where menus and recipes change regularly, offering the opportunity to grow your skills, stay inspired, and be part of an innovative culinary culture. You’ll help create memorable dining experiences for residents by preparing food with care, consistency, and attention to detail—while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and hospitality. Schedule This is a full‑time, hourly position with the following schedule: Sunday: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM. Availability on weeknights, weekends, and holidays is required. Qualifications and Skills Knowledge and understanding of cooking techniques. Prior experience within a high‑quality restaurant, country club, hotel or senior living company preferred. Ability to communicate with supervisors, co‑workers, residents, and guests and to follow standardized recipes. Able to operate kitchen equipment and tools found within the hospitality/health care industry. Current sanitation certification. Effective written communication skills, and the ability to read and interpret instructions. Reliable, predictable, and punctual attendance, to provide timely service to internal and external customers and to support uninterrupted business operations. Must be sensitive to the needs of older adults and enjoy working with a senior population. Ability to work productively in a team environment. Hourly Pay $20—$22.25 USD Benefits A generous paid time off (PTO) program including vacation days/personal days, sick days, and holidays.
