Cyber Security Analyst

Supporting information security operations remotely, the full-time Cyber Security Analyst will monitor and analyze security alerts, investigate incidents, and contribute to threat hunting and incident response efforts. Key responsibilities Monitor security event logs and alerts to identify suspicious activities and potential incidents Perform incident triage and coordinate response actions for security alerts and incidents Prepare incident reports and documentation to support response activities and enhance SOC processes Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred Two or more years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or a related technical role required Preferred security certifications include Security+, Network+, CySA+, GCIH, or similar Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and incident response procedures Ability to analyze security alerts independently and collaborate effectively within a SOC team
