California Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney (Remote | Junior Attorneys Welcome)

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in Workers' Compensation defense matters
• Prepare and attend hearings, depositions, and conferences
• Draft legal documents including pleadings and motions
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and claims professionals
• Work closely with senior attorneys for guidance and case development

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
• 0-4 years of legal experience (WC, insurance defense, or litigation preferred but not required)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Motivated, coachable, and career-driven
