Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as a trusted advisor to commercial clients, providing guidance on coverage options and risk management strategies Manage day-to-day servicing of accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and coverage inquiries Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers to support client needs and negotiate solutions Oversee the full policy lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely follow-up Keep client records current within agency systems and ensure all documentation is properly maintained Communicate proactively with clients to deliver a high level of service and responsiveness Contribute to team initiatives and support overall agency goals and growth

QUALIFICATIONS:

7+ years of experience in Commercial Lines within an independent agency environment Active Massachusetts Property & Casualty license required Strong client service mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships Excellent communication and organizational skills with a high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and problem-solve effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applied Epic is a plus Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
