SETTING: PT - OP clinic
START DATE: ASAP - Client will consider any June/July/early Aug start dates
GUARANTEE: 40 hrs/wk
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: 3 Weeks REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: Client prefers 1+ yr but will consider strong new grads with relevant OP clinical rotations as long as they can handle the caseload/productivity
STAFF: 2-4 PTs on staff
EMR: Raintree
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: 40 min appts
60 min evals
~12-13 visits/day
SCHEDULE: MWF: 7a-3:30p; Tu/Th: 10a-6:30p
30 min lunch break
ADDITIONAL INFO: Current direct client
