We're looking for an Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role handles the day-to-day accounting and administrative work that keeps the business running - processing transactions, keeping records accurate, and being a reliable point of contact for customers and vendors.

What you'll do

- Process and record daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable- Maintain and reconcile general ledger entries- Prepare invoices, receipts, and basic financial reports- Handle filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks that support the accounting team- Communicate with customers and vendors to resolve billing questions and discrepancies- Assist with month-end close activities as needed

About you

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business, or a related field preferred- You keep your work organized and your records clean - errors bother you- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Comfortable with standard computer applications (spreadsheets, accounting software)- Self-motivated and able to manage your workload without a lot of hand-holding- Customer-facing experience is a plus
