Internal Medicine Physician Opportunity in Park Falls, WI

Marshfield Medical Center - Park Falls is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine physician to join our well-established rural health center in Park Falls, Wisconsin. National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site.

Traditional practice providing both outpatient and inpatient care. Join a collegial group of 2 other physicians and 4 APPs. Work closely with all departments and a well-supportive care team, including RNs who are wound care trained. Multiple specialty providers frequently rotate onsite. Call is a 1:3 rotation for the hospital; nurse line is 1st call for outpatient (phone call only). Clinic, dental center, and critical access hospital (10 beds) are located on the same campus. Excellent work-life balance (support for job sharing). 4-day work week flexibility.

Option A: Full Time Clinical Role

Option B: Full Time Clinical (80%) and Community Project Engagement (20%) Protected time dedicated to a community health project through a grant from the Orion Initiative, a grant program within the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. This is a unique opportunity for physicians who want to make an impact beyond the clinic walls while addressing a health need in the community.
