Cargill is seeking a safety-focused Extruder Operator to support our manufacturing operations in food and agricultural products. In this role, you will set up, operate, and monitor extrusion equipment to meet production goals, ensuring product quality, correct temperature, pressure, and moisture controls. You will perform routine equipment checks, minor maintenance, and changeovers while following strict safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards. Collaborating with maintenance and quality teams, you will document production data, help troubleshoot issues, support continuous improvement, and contribute to a culture of integrity, learning, and inclusive teamwork.
