Car Wash AttendantIt's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.Location: 6034 Centennial Center Blvd. LV, NV 89149Position OverviewThe Car Wash Attendant is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the car wash facility, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesThe following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:Greet customers and assist them with selecting the appropriate car wash service.Operate car wash equipment and machinery effectively and safely.Perform thorough pre-wash inspections on vehicles to identify any existing damage.Use cleaning agents and tools to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from vehicles.Dry vehicles using towels or air-drying equipment.Perform additional services such as waxing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning as requested by customers.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including cleaning equipment, emptying trash, and replenishing supplies.Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner.Keep accurate records of transactions and maintain a secure cash register.Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers.Qualification RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English.
