CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR (PART TIME)

Overview PART TIME CUSTOMER AMBASSADOR position. Location: USF St. Petersburg, 140 7th Ave S, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. Online applications accepted only. Schedule: M-F, schedules vary, some weekends may be required. Pay Range: $15.00 per hour to $17.00 per hour. Responsibilities Greet every customer and interact to ensure a high level of hospitality. Greet all team members and ensure they have what they need to be successful each day. Relay relevant concerns from customers to supervisors. Ensure that marketing, wellness, and culinary programs are current and in place. Lead weekly promotions and programs for guests. Share best practices and recognize co-workers. Demonstrate a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explain them to customers. Serve as an advocate of selling techniques; assist customers in the buying/decision-making process. Ensure all display foods are merchandised attractively per standards and serve foods neatly and attractively per standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Marketing and customer engagement familiarity or experience preferred.
