Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in food manufacturing or dairy operations. This role is responsible for supporting and advancing quality assurance programs, food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and performance metrics within a manufacturing environment.The ideal candidate brings extensive knowledge of microbiology, food science, HACCP, and SQF standards, along with the analytical and leadership skills necessary to maintain high standards of product quality and food safety.Required Qualifications5+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or dairy environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent in a scientific fieldStrong understanding of microbiology and food scienceDemonstrated knowledge of HACCP and SQF or equivalent food safety/quality systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience implementing and administering Quality Assurance metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Ability to support quality standards, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement within a manufacturing operationPreferred QualificationsHACCP certificationPCQI certificationSQF certificationPrevious continuous improvement experiencePrevious project management experienceIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is an experienced quality professional who understands the demands of a food manufacturing or dairy environment and can combine technical food-safety expertise with strong analytical and operational capabilities.
