Milling Machine Operator

Do you enjoy operating heavy equipment and being part of a team that helps build and improve roadways across local communities? We are seeking an experienced Milling Machine Operator to join our asphalt division and play a key role in delivering high-quality paving projects.

What You'll Do

Safely and efficiently operate a milling machine on roadway and paving projects.
Adjust cutting depth and milling patterns to meet project specifications.
Perform daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance checks.
Monitor equipment performance and report maintenance needs promptly.
Work closely with the foreman and crew members to maintain production goals and project schedules.
Follow all company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and industry best practices.
Assist with additional project and crew responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience operating milling machines.
Understanding of asphalt paving and roadway construction operations.
Ability to work safely in a fast-paced construction environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
Dependable attendance and ability to work overtime, nights, and occasional weekends as project demands require.
Valid driver's license preferred.
