Masonry Project Manager / EstimatorPosition: Masonry Project Manager / EstimatorLocation: Western New YorkCompany: Paint of WNYPaint of WNY is seeking an experienced Masonry Project Manager / Estimator to oversee masonry projects from bid through completion. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong estimating skills, construction knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent client relationships.ResponsibilitiesEstimatingReview plans, specifications, and bid documentsPerform quantity takeoffs for brick, block, stone, restoration, and related masonry workSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricingPrepare accurate and competitive project estimates and proposalsParticipate in bid reviews and contract negotiationsProject ManagementManage projects from award through closeoutCoordinate scheduling, manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractorsMonitor project budgets, costs, and profitabilityConduct site visits and attend project meetingsEnsure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standardsManage change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentationBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, and vendorsQualifications5+ years of masonry construction experiencePrevious estimating and/or project management experience preferredStrong understanding of masonry construction methods, materials, and restoration techniquesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documentsExperience with estimating software and Microsoft OfficeExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong attention to detail and cost controlValid driver's licenseWhat We OfferCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance bonusesCompany vehicle or vehicle allowanceHealth benefits (if applicable)Paid holidays and vacationProfessional development opportunitiesCareer growth within a growing construction companyIf you have a strong background in masonry construction and enjoy both estimating and managing projects, we want to hear from you.Apply today by emailing View email address on ziprecruiter.com of WNY is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
