This includes, inter-company transfers, SAP transactions, transportation arrangement, including export shipments Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to)Ensuring all service equipment and sales orders, both large and small are shipped properly using SAP and internal and external communicationsWorks directly with production group supervisor and service equipment planner to ensure product availability and product quality complianceArrangement of the transportation of equipment and parts both domestically and exportDeveloping new cost effective sources of equipment transportationSolves transportation problemsProducing sales orders and coordinating the shipping of partsManages all fixed assets in production side of SAPWorks with accounting to assign new FA #, abandonment of assets, responsible for cycle counts and audit supportResolves any FA issues for customer capitalQualificationsHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) is requiredAssociates degree (A.A.), or equivalent from two-year college or technical school is preferredDriver's License is required 0-2 years of SAP experience is required2-3 years of transportation experience is requiredTransportation of Large Equipment experience is preferredAbout Calgon CarbonAt Calgon Carbon, we are scientific innovators with a proud legacy of over 80 years and more than 205 patents to our name.
