Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
We are seeking a skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team in providing high-quality respiratory care. This position involves working M-F with alternating shifts of 4x8 and 5x8 hours, specifically from 18:30 to 03:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer respiratory therapy treatments according to physician's orders.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and assess patients' condition.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide patient and family education regarding respiratory care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using Epic.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory care, preferably in NICU or pediatric settings.
- Current MN RRT license; pending licenses will be accepted if obtained by the start date.
- NBRC RRT certification.
- NRP, PALS, and ACLS certifications required.
- Epic experience preferred.
- Must reside more than 25 miles away from the facility; local candidates will not be considered.
