What You'll Do: As Marketing Lead, you'll lead and execute integrated marketing initiatives across digital and traditional platforms, collaborating closely with leadership and technical staff to promote our mission and services.
- Develop and manage all marketing strategies for a nationally recognized brand
- Lead the creation and submission of RFQs/SOQs, collaborating with senior staff and technical experts
- Manage company websites and social media channels; monitor, analyze, and report engagement metrics
- Coordinate logistics and branding for national conferences, tradeshows, and events
- Design high-impact print and digital materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and other tools
- Support internal communications and corporate initiatives
- Contribute to cross-functional marketing, business development, and brand awareness efforts
- Assist with other marketing and creative tasks as needed in a dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and website content
- Ability to analyze digital metrics and pivot strategies based on data
- Proficiency in design tools including Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- FAA Part 107 Drone License
