Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Communication: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or in-person interactions.


• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints in an empathetic, professional, and timely manner.


• Order Processing: Assist with taking orders, processing returns, issuing refunds, and updating account details.


• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products or services to provide accurate information.

• Documentation: Record details of customer interactions and resolutions accurately in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.


• Escalation: Identify complex or high-priority issues and escalate them to supervisors or specialized technical teams when necessary. [1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6]

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear, patient, and polite tone.


• Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues and find effective, practical solutions quickly.


• Empathy: The ability to handle difficult or frustrated customers with patience, understanding, and a calm demeanor.


• Technical Aptitude: Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate customer support software and databases.

Salary/Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
