We are a well-established, independent urology practice in Phoenix, Arizona, looking for a driven general urologist to join our thriving, high-volume team. Our practice boasts a proven history of high productivity and income generation, allowing new members to ramp up their practice swiftly. As an independent group, we offer complete autonomy without the constraints of private equity or hospital employment. We prioritize financial transparency, providing our physicians with comprehensive insights into collections, expenses, and overall practice performance. Position Highlights

• Join a team of 3 physicians and 7 mid-level providers.
• Immediate access to a strong patient volume and referral base.
• General urology role with the flexibility to incorporate subspecialty interests, such as female reconstruction and robotics.
• Partnership track available in approximately 2 years, with flexibility based on performance and a $100k buy-in.
• Work within a collegial environment that values cultural and clinical fit, managing a high volume of ~35-40 patients per day with support.
• Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) handle hospital consults, rounding, and much of the daily coordination, allowing physicians to concentrate on procedural work.
• Call schedule is 1:3, with a goal of 1:5, taken weekly, and supported by APPs.
• High-efficiency practice model with robust clinical and administrative support, utilizing AI technology.
• Multiple clinic locations throughout the Phoenix area, including Goodyear, Glendale, and Gilbert, with flexibility regarding the primary location.
• Access to various hospitals and surgical facilities.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting base salary of approximately $400-450K, plus productivity incentives.
• Additional compensation for call duties.
• Realistic income potential of $500K-$700K+ in the early stages, with seven-figure potential for high performers.
• Sign-on bonus of $150k and relocation assistance available.
• CME allowance and time off, typically including 3 weeks of PTO and 1 week for CME.
